Vintage Australian Opal Ring with Diamonds 18K 9.30ctw

If you’re looking for the rainbow in the sky, you’re looking in the wrong place. This Australian opal has all of the colors in the rainbow at every angle. This is such an exquisite and well-made vintage ring from the 1960s as it was obviously crafted for the center October birthstone. The ring is made of solid 18kt white gold and features 26 round brilliant cut prong set natural diamond’s around its centerpiece in a staggered platform. The diamond’s are graded H-I in color and SI1 in clarity and weigh approximately 1.30 carats. The oval cabochon cut opal weighs approximately 8.00 carats and displays a hypnotic bluish white bodycolor with an intense rainbow colorplay across the entire gemstone. The ring weighs 11.0 grams and is currently a size 7.5 yet we could resize this to whatever you need. It rises about 3/8” above your finger and its ring face measures 1 1/8” north and south and about 7/8” east and west. It’s in excellent condition and a true marvel to see in person.
