Vintage Diamond & Onyx Earrings 18K Two Tone Gold 1.75ctw

Unique and slightly askew, this pair of onyx and diamond earrings are clenched together using solid 18kt white and yellow gold. The onyx, gold and diamonds fit together like a puzzle piece in each setting and are very geometric and orthogonal, yet the high polished surface of the onyx mixed with the linear lines of the gold and sparkle of diamonds creates an exotic dynamic. There are 1 3/4 carats of VS quality diamonds and both earrings are stamped '750 3593'. They weigh 22.1 grams together and use omega clips for closures. They measures 1 1/8" in length and 1" in width and are in Excellent condition. circa 1960s
