Vintage European Diamond Engagement Ring Platinum 1.50ctw

This vintage diamond engagement ring from the early '20s Art Deco period is both tasteful and elegant as your attention is brought immediately to the centerpiece. The exquisite center is an approximate 1.25 carat Old European cut natural diamond in a 4-prong setting graded H in color (near colorless) and SI1 in clarity (eye clean). The diamond is a superior example of this cut as every facet flashes with intensity. The setting is unique in that it prominently is accented by North to South facing marquise diamonds to the East and West of the centerpiece all the while surround by round full cut diamonds. It certainly creates a mesmerizing effect but still merely compliments the center and not overpowers it. The accent diamond weigh roughly .25 carats total and are graded H-I in color and SI1-I1 in clarity. The setting is made of platinum weighing 4.0 grams and is currently a size 5.75 and can easily be resized. This vintage beauty is in excellent condition.
