The detail on this platinum and diamond bar pin is astonishing. Look closely at the pictures that show its details. The blending of geometric and filigree motifs is superbly executed. This elegant and meticulous attention to craftsmanship is accented by beautifully matched old mine cut natural diamonds at the center and ends of the brooch. The diamonds are all near colorless and exhibit tremendous fire and sparkle. The video in natural light on a pretty spring day exhibits this perfectly. It weighs 6.0 grams and measures 2 9/16" long and 3/8" wide at its widest point. It is over 80 years old and has been carefully preserved.
